PSXE Poll Update: Chloe Wins Beauty Pageant

Granted, she may have had an unfair advantage because Uncharted 2: Among Thieves just released, but even so, I think y'all made the right choice.

We've already seen plenty of delectable virtual females on our TV screens this generation but clearly, none can touch that smoky sensuality of the toned yet still feminine Chloe Frazer in Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. Maybe it's the accent, or the large firm chest, or the attitude, or the exotic face...or maybe it's just that ass that has gotten more attention than most other full characters in games. Whatever the reason, Chloe easily outstripped the second-place Nariko, that flame-haired beauty from Heavenly Sword. The unrealistically curvaceous hotties from the Dead or Alive franchise eked out a third place finish, just beating out the once indomitable Lara Croft (who just hasn't been as popular in this generation). Meryl from Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots and Sheva from Resident Evil 5 also had strong showings and I have to admit, I liked Meryl right from the start.

But we must return to more important things this week and this time, we're focusing on the Western release of Final Fantasy XIII. That anagram says we can expect an announcement on November 13, and we're all on pins and needles...the evidence certainly points towards an earlier-than-expected launch in North America, but what do you say? Let's hear it.

I also picked Madison because we know what's under her clothes. Chloe Frazer is very nice but that husky voice of hers isn't to my liking.

I picked Nariko but I'm saddened by the fact that none of the SCIV gals were on there. Ivy and Taki would've been good choices. But then there's SFIV with Chun-Li and Cammy. Mmmm....Cammy.

all though she is the hottest red head ive come across. her emo esque temper, always left me feeling like she'd rather die than live.

i voted for chloe because not only was she hott but she was also very agressive, but with a side of personable attitude. but im really starting to like morrigan from Dragon age: origins.

i know everyone is different, but elena is very determined which is hot to me. while chloe is just a hard core chic, which her agressive atitude makes her hot. but im a dark haired type of guy so it would probably come down to the hair color!

Chloes got beautiful eyes, why she has to hide them behind all that makeup is beyond me.
makeup obviously makes them look more feminine but theres a reason why hookers drown themselves with it.
thats what Chloe reminds me of sadly because she uses so much of the stuff.

I voted for DOA girls, they are and always be my number 1(I can't get enough of Kasumi!!!).
Ubisoft got a lot work to do for Lara Croft after Uncharted 2 added an extra extreme to Third person action adventure shooter.

Next is this Friday the 13th, what are the possible news from SE? Here's my list:
1) FFXIII go 360 exclusive because Aaron Greenberg 'accidentally' dropped his cheque at Wada's office.
2) FFXIII go PS3 exclusive because they felt like it.
3) A Wii version announced.
4) FFXIII delayed
5) More information on either FFVersusXIII or FFAgitoXIII or both
6) Kingdom Hearts 3 announced.
7) More info on Nier and FFXIV
8) Announcing new titles coming in 2010 and 2011.

Yes, the first 4 are jokes but the rest are serious thinking from me, and the one I seriously hope for is more info on FFversusXIII.

I'm thinking the same as you, those 2 probably got some of their votes based on the fact they are from PS3 exclusive though that doesn't mean they don't deserve it, everyone's taste are different.

As for Bayonneta, I would have voted for her if it isn't for her hair that doesn't suit her COMPLETELY.

One major difference: Chloe could be possible in the human realm.

The DoA girls are fantasies and have always had impossible dimensions. That's cool and all, but Chloe's more human appeal may have tipped the scale, IMO.

To me Elena gets my top vote.

-She has that "girl next door" look about her.
-That it has to be done, so I am going to do it attitude.
-I believe Chloe called it the "picket fence" type.
-Fragile yet strong when needed.
-A good shot with a pistol.

She was just more grounded in reality to me.

I'll accept Chloe as the winner as I'm a fan of Claudia Black who did her voice and motion-capture work. She was badass in both Farscape and Stargate SG-1. She's also done voicework for other games like God of War, Crysis and even Dragon Age: Origins!

put it this way, if you give me ten women like her, or let me choose only one girl from DOA, i would still rather have only one from DOA instead of having 10 women of chloe, but again, this is just me.
