Mech-Akuma
Beat the game on any level with anyone and no continues and when you beat it go to Akuma and press select 5 times and any bottom and there he is.

--Secret Characters--
Armored Spider-man
To get a stronger, yet slower version of Spider-man, go to the character-select screen and highlight Spider-man. Then hold Select and press any button.
Dark Sakura
To get a faster, deadlier version of Sakura, go to the character-select screen and highlight Hulk. Then hold Select and press any button.
Evil Zangief
To get a flame-spewing, unblocking version of the original
Zangief, go to the character-select screen and highlight Blackheart. Then hold
Select and press any button.
U.S. Agent
To get an alternate version of Capt. America, go to the character-select screen and highlight M. Bison. Then hold Select and press any button.
Shadow
To get shadow Charlie, go to the character-select screen and highlight Dhalsim. Then hold Select and press any button.
Mephisto
To get an alternate version of Blackheart with flaming attacks, go to the character-select screen and highlight Omega Red. Then hold Select and press any button.
Hidden Ex Option
At the Main Menu Screen, highlight Options and quickly press R1, Circle, Left, Triangle, Triangle. If done correctly, you should enter a hidden EX Option which includes options of choosing a full Hyper Combo Gauge, fast Vitality Recovery Speed and Human- or Computer-controlled VS. mode.
