Scheduled release date:

TBA (2000)

The game starts out in the year 2450, you are John Franks, an undercover cop who is looking to solve a mystery regarding the death of his partner. The atmosphere begins in a high tech area, where you have to do some espionage activities.

From what I've seen so far the graphics in Too Human aren't so glamorous, in fact they are pretty grainy. But keep in mind the game is still not complete, so there is still room for improvement. I should mention that the FMVs I saw were breathtaking, very clean and very smooth. The game has pretty good special effects, like explosions, lighting effects, and stuff like that. Franks also has a couple of pretty cool high-tech gadgets, like Heat Sensor goggles, X-ray vision, and some other unique things.

The game is viewed from a 3rd person perspective, and the game is completely in 3D. There are 15 weapons to choose from, 4 targeting devices, and six different types of ammo. The coolest thing about Too Human is that you have the ability to change anything about the main character, you can change his head, arms, legs, body, etc. That leads me too wonder is John Franks some kind of Cyborg or is he still some type of a futuristic human.

The game reminds me of the movie The Fifth Element a lot. Everything from the guns to the setting. Too Human should include a mix of Action/Adventure as well as some RPG elements, to indulge all types of video gamers. The biggest thing is that the game will be not 1, not 2, not even 3 CD's, Too Human will be 4 CD's long. So I guess this game will keep you going for quite a while.

Too Human is expected to be released the first quarter of 2000.

Getting Twisted Metal on Valentine's Day?
Yep, I can't wait!
I'll get it, but not until later.
I'll have to wait for the reviews.
This just isn't my cup of tea.
