This is a very simple code. When you're playing the level called "Cleaning Up", you'll eventually find yourself in a room with a large projector TV. Look over to the corner where you will see an arcade machine of Spy Hunter. Walk up to it and it'll prompt you to insert a coin -- just press X and you'll unlock the game permanently in the Bonus Mode.
