Unlock Level Select
Enter the Press Start screen, and hit the following code with some speed to unlock every levels in all of the modes except Road Trip mode: SQUARE, RIGHT, RIGHT, TRIANGLE, DOWN, and SQUARE.
Unlock Levels in Road Trip
In order to gain access to the following levels in Road Trip, enter the Press Start screen and hit the respective code with some speed:

Play as Day Smith
Go up to the ramp that you put in place with the fork-lift in OK City and go into the secret garage. Grinding on the black box will open up into a vert ramp. Use the ramp to grind onto the bullhorns, and jump into the small room to unlock Day Smith.
Play as Vanessa
To unlock Vanessa, there is a girls sitting on top of a brick building in L.A. Do an adrenaline trick that equals 20,000+ points to unlock Vanessa. You can manual in between tricks, as you don't have to do a 20,000 point single trick.
Play as Volcano
To unlock Volcano, complete the game by completing all objectives with any rider.
