Hint:

Easy Money
After a mission in Free Roam mode break into a jewelry store and take the cash register. Go towards your base, and then go up the first set of stairs and stop. Turn towards the stairs leading farther Up. While in this position, throw the register against the stairs until it breaks and then collect the money. If you do this right, you can do it until you get $999.
