Cheat Menu - At the main menu, hit R1 + R2 + L1 + L2 to access cheat menu. Then, enter one of the following codes.

Tips -
More money - First, unlock "cheat menu". Then, enter FREEALL and MIDAS cheats. Then, load the game, buy as many heart spa's or empty lot filled with monkey butlers and save. After that disable FREEFALL cheat and sell what you just bought.
Don't pay bills in The Sims mode - Throw your family out of the house every two days then move them back in.
