Onimusha hits 2 million

  Capcom announced today that Onimusha has shipped more than 2 million copies worldwide since its release last year on the PS2. The worldwide shipment breakdown is as follows: 1,100,000 units in Japan, 620,000 in North America, and 290,000 in Europe. Onimusha was the first PS2 game to break 1 million copies shipped and is proving to still be a very successful title. In terms of overall numbers, Onimusha is ranks high among some of the top PS2 titles, including Final Fantasy X and Grand Theft Auto 3.
