Capcom announces 3 more games for PS2
Along with the announcement that they would be bringing the sequel to the blockbuster PS2 title Onimusha: Warlords, to the U.S., Capcom has also confirmed plans to bring three more games to the North American market in the near future.
The recently announced games are Auto Modellista, Red Dead Revolver, and Jojo's Bizarre Adventure 5. Auto Modellista is a radical racing game featuring cel shaded graphics, arcade style gameplay, and online capability. Not many details have been revealed at this time, but it is currently scheduled for release in late 2002 so look for more information soon.
Red Dead Revolver is an old western shooter played from a 3rd person perspective, featuring a Clint Eastwood look-alike as the main character. The game looks to be heavy on action utilizing several Western-movie style action styles, including double fisted gunfights, train jumping, and boss battles. Developed by Angel Studios, the game may possibly be released as early as late fall 2002.
The third game announced by Capcom this week is Jojo's Bizarre Adventure 5. Based upon the popular Japanese Manga of the same name, the game features truly bizarre characters and colorful graphics. Not much has been disclosed about the game yet, but more information should be made available at E3. At this time, there is no scheduled release date for this title.
