Unlimited SaGa to be released December in Japan

  According to Famitsu, Square will be releasing the new PS2 title Unlimited SaGa this December in Japan. The character design is being headed by Final Fantasy X artist Yusuke Naora, while character design is being done SaGa series artist Tomomi Kobayashi. Official development will be taken care of by Akitoshi Kawazu, who's known for his Final Fantasy and SaGa series work. Also, music composition will be ran by Masashi Hamauzu, who worked on FFX and SaGa Frontier 2.

   Unlimited SaGa's plot is based on the search of seven mystical wonders, which will bring about the golden age for mankind when unleashed. Several different characters will be available with numerous battles to be waged. The battles will feature animation technology is "neither dot-pixilated 2D graphics nor cel-shaded 3D polygon graphics." The system is developed with the help of Adobe Systems and supports Dolby Support Logic II.
