Details from Sony's San Francisco conference and game lineup.

This is a follow up to the story that was posted two days ago regarding all of the games that will be released on launch day for Playstation 2. Well the full list of games went all the way from the 33 launch games to the games that will be released next year in the first quarter. Here is the full list of games in alphabetical order:

Armored Core 2
Dead or Alive 2: Hardcore
Dynasty Warriors 2
ESPN International Track & Field
ESPN X Games Snowboarding
Eternal Ring
Evergrace
FantaVision
Gun Griffon Blaze
Kessen
Madden NFL 2001
Midnight Club: Street Racing
Moto GP
NHL 2001
Orphen
Q-Ball Billiards Master
Ready 2 Rumble Boxing: Round 2
Real Pool
Ridge Racer V
SSX
Silent Scope
Silpheed: The Lost Planet
Smuggler's Run
Street Fighter EX3
Surfing H30
Summoner
Swing Away Golf
Tekken Tag Tournament
TimeSplitters
Top Gear Daredevil
Unreal Tournament
Wild Wild Racing
X-Squad

I am incredibly surprised to see NHL 2001 and Moto GP on the list. Games liks Top Gear Daredevil, Q-Ball Billiards and Real Pool are new additions, and as expected Fantavision is the only Sony game out there. Here is the list of games to be released in November:

Disney's Donald Duck Goin' Quackers
FIFA 2001 Major League Soccer
F1 Racing Championship
Gradius 3 & 4
NASCAR 2001
Rayman 2 Revolution
Super Bust-A-Move
The Sky Odyssey
Theme Park Roller Coaster
World Destruction League: Thunder Tanks

Keep you eyes on FIFA 2001, Rayman 2: Revolution and Theme Park RollerCoaster as they are bound to be the three best games of the month. Here is the list of games which is for the month of December:

Army Men - Air Attack 2
Army Men - Sarge's Heroes 2
Carrier Morphed
Formula 1 2000 CE
MDK 2: Armageddon
NBA Live 2001
Oni
Star Wars Starfighter
Warriors of Might & Magic

I suggest staying away from the Army Men games, and checking out Star Wars Star Fighter, Oni and NBA Live 2001. The final list of games includes games that will be release anywhere from January to March:

4 X 4 Evolution
All Star Baseball 2002
Army Men - Vikki's Adventures
Dark Angel Vampire
Driving Emotion Type-S
ESPN MLS Game Night
Fur Fighters
Gauntlet: Dark Legacy
Gran Turismo 3
High Heat Baseball 2002
Kengo
NBA Hoopz
Onimusha: Warlords
Star Wars Super Bombad Racing
The Bouncer
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2001
Ultimate Fighting Championship
World Destruction League: WarJetz

Of course there is no contest here, the three games that everyone should have on their list is GT2000, Onimusha: Warlords, and The Bouncer, which are expected to be released in January. If you have extra dough left then you should at least consider picking up, Ultimate Fighting Championship, Star Wars: Super Bomad Racing and wait to see how the US Driving Emotion Type S turns out. This is great news, considering the fact that Sony dropped a bomb on us yesterday, so this announcement of 70 Playstation 2 games is quite impressive. The Dreamcast reached 100 game titles just earlier this September, meanwhile the Nintendo 64 got its 100th game about two years after its release. One quick note, the 33 PS2 launch games are definitive and may only be delayed for marketing purposes, but that number should remain the same until October 26th.
