Sony to sponsor Rose Bowl

  Sony Computer Entertainment America announced recently that it will be the sponsor of the 2003 Rose Bowl Game in Los Angeles, California on January 1, 2003. This Bowl Championship Series game will be presented by the Playstation 2 and features 6th ranked (BCS) Washington St. Cougars vs. 7th ranked (BCS) Oklahoma Sooners. The sponsorship package includes five television commercial spots during the game, print advertisements in the official game program, and signage at this, and all other, BCS games.

   "We are very excited to be the presenting sponsor of The 2003 Rose Bowl Game presented by PlayStation 2," said Andrew House, executive vice president, Sony Computer Entertainment America. "As the leader in the gaming industry, we are proud to align ourselves with the biggest and most historic college football bowl game, giving us the opportunity to bring great brand exposure to a broad national audience."
