Fugitive Hunter officially delayed
Infogrames announced today that its first-person shooter will ship in March instead of January 2003. The game is inspired by the FBI’s Top 10 Most Wanted List and features former US Navy Seal Jake Seaver. Players must find those responsible for destroying the CIFR headquarters. Weapons in the game include a flechette dart gun, assault rifle, flamethrower, and a variable-ammo grenade launcher, which are compatible with several scopes and silencers.
"Fugitive Hunter was inspired by the FBI's 10 Most Wanted List and completely captures the excitement, drama and danger associated with hunting down today's worst criminal elements," said Jean-Philippe Agati, senior vice president and general manager of Infogrames' Los Angeles studio. "Players are transported into the role of a modern day bounty hunter and tasked with not only tracking these fugitives down but more importantly bringing them to justice."
