New modes for ASB 2004

Acclaim Studios has announced today an assortment of new features for their upcoming game All-Star Baseball 2004. Amongst these include Scenario, Pick-up Game and Rookie mode. Scenario mode allows players to alter 21 of last year's moments including the heavily debated all-star game of 2002. In ASB 2004, you’ll have the opportunity to choose either the American or National League and break the tie in the start of the 12th inning. Other moments will be included and each successful objective will be awarded with a video interview from Derek Jeter, Cal Ripken Jr., or Buck O'Neil.

In Pick-Up mode, there are 18 randomly selected players that will join you in a pick-up game. Odd or even decides what captain gets to choose the first player, and then it goes down the line until the last player is stuck on a team. As for Rookie mode, players will receive an assortment of tips from Tommy Lasorda and Derek Jeter to help them become a better player. We’ll keep you updated as more information is released.
