Capcom Fighting All-Stars cancelled

Japanese gaming publication Dorimaga revealed today that Capcom has decided to cancel its 3D fighting game, Capcom Fighting All-Stars. Various characters were expected to appear in the game, including Capcom franchises, including Rival Schools, Final Fight, Street Fighter, and Strider. The gameplay mechanics were based on a five-button layout, where basic attacks would have canceled each other out if performed at the same time. Theatrical counters and finishing moves were also intended to be in the game. No explanation was given for the cancellation, but we’ll keep you updated on the situation.
