Rockstar announces upcoming games
Take-Two announced recently record-breaking financial results for the first quarter ending January 31, 2003. Grand Theft Auto: Vice City obviously led the way, but the company also accounted its success to Grand Theft Auto Compilation (which is Grand Theft Auto, GTA: London, and GTA 2) on PlayStation, and a PS2 Greatest Hits version of Max Payne. In the next 18 months, Rockstar said there will be new versions of Grand Theft Auto and apparently a third PS2 sequel scheduled for 2003. The company also plans to release new versions of Max Payne, State of Emergency, Spec Ops and Smuggler's Run during this time period.
This spring, Rockstar has intentions to release a Greatest Hits version of State of Emergency for PS2 and the highly anticipated Midnight Club 2 on PS2. Gotham Games will release Piglet's Big Game for PS2 and Patriotic Pinball and Big Strike Bowling on PlayStation. Stay tuned for details on these games in the upcoming months.
