Namco Signs Agreement with McFarlane

Namco announced today a cross-license agreement with Todd McFarlane Productions. The deal allows both companies to use each other's characters, as Namco will be releasing Spawn for all consoles and Todd McFarlane Productions Internation will release 4-inch action-figures based on Soul Calibur II characters.

Spawn is currently under development by Namco Hometech and is scheduled for release within the year. The game will be shown at E3 and has become increasingly anticipated. As for the action-figures, the SCII characters expected for release include Nightmare, Ivy, Asaroth, Necrid, and Voldo. These dolls are scheduled for release in July.
