Videogame Sales for April

   Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell holds the top spot in NPD's monthly game sales chart, with last month's holder, Zelda: The Wind Waker, dropping to number seven. The Playstation 2 and Gameboy Advance fought it out this month, with each platform taking four spots from the top ten. The Playstation and GameCube were each able to claim one spot on the list, as the Xbox was nowhere to be found in April's list of top-selling games. The complete list is as follows:

March / April / Title / Platform / Publisher / Average Price
* / 1 / Splinter Cell / PS2 / Ubi Soft / $49
2 / 2 / Pokémon Ruby / GBA / Nintendo / $31
6 / 3 / Def Jam Vendetta / PS2 / EA / $49
3 / 4 / Pokémon Sapphire / GBA / Nintendo / $31
* / 5 / NBA Street Vol. 2 / PS2 / EA / $50
* / 6 / Midnight Club II / PS2 / Rockstar / $49
