Metal Arms Confirmed

   Vivendi Universal Games confirmed today that Metal Arms: Glitch in the System will be released on the PlayStation 2 later this year. The game is a third-person shooter that has players assume the role of a small robot named Glitch. Developed by Swingin' Ape Studios, player are in charge of saving Glitch's planet from evil. 

   "Metal Arms: Glitch in the System for the PS2 is a perfect example of VUG's commitment to publishing quality interactive entertainment across multiple platforms," said Jim Wilson, EVP of development, VU Games. "With over 50 missions, multiple power-ups, and nonstop action, Metal Arms will offer hours of interactive entertainment."

   Metal Arms: Glitch in the System is scheduled for release later this year across all next-generation consoles.
