Sega of America Scores New President

Any of you that hadnít heard back from Sega about their COO position are going to be really disappointed. Sega of America has hired Hideaki Irie to serve as its president and chief operating officer. Irie will direct Segaís console business in America, overseeing all product and business development, marketing, sales, operations and content. He joins Sega from AgeTec, Inc., which he helped found and was president and chief executive officer of for five years. Prior to that, Irie served as president of ASCII Entertainment Software Inc. for a period of six years.
