Interact acknowledges problems with their DVD remotes for the PlayStation 2.

Interact Accessories has recently confirmed that there is indeed a problem with their DVD remotes for use with the Sony PlayStation 2 game console. The problem with their remotes lies in the fact that the 'cancel' and 'enter' buttons both function correctly, but they were mislabeled. The affected models are the DVD remote (#1-22121G) and DVD/TV master remote (#1-22119G). If you're having a similar problem to that mentioned, it's suggested you contact Interact at 1-877-818-1293. Interact will provide you with a return authorization number as well as a return address to consumers who might like to replace the unit. All future shipments of the affected products have been corrected by Interact.
