Rental Charts for December 22nd-28th

Home Video Essentials, has released a preliminary list of the top renting videogames for the week ending December 28, 2003.

Here are the top 10:

1. Need for Speed: Underground—PS2

2. Medal of Honor: Rising Sun—PS2

3. Tony Hawk’s Underground—PS2

4. True Crime: Streets of L.A.—PS2

5. SOCOM II: U.S. Navy Seals—PS2

6. Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 2—PS2

7. Manhunt—PS2

8. Grand Theft Auto III/Vice City bundle—Xbox

9. Madden NFL 2004—PS2

10. Lord of the Rings: Return of the King—PS2

Electronic Arts once again garnered the top two spots, with Need for Speed: Underground for the PS2 earning an estimated $738,285 in weekly rental earnings, followed by Medal of Honor: Rising Sun, also on the PS2, which had earnings of approximately $587,004.
