Splinter Cell Goes Hollywood

Ubisoft has tapped a trio of Hollywood players, two new and one returning, to contribute to the upcoming Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow videogame. Actor Michael Ironside will return to his role of providing Sam Fisher’s voice, the game’s male protagonist, and will be joined by Dennis Haysbert, who was cast as Fisher’s "supervisor and colleague" Irving Lambert. Haysbert is probably best known for his role as the President on the Fox series 24.

Composer Lalo Shifrin has also been commissioned to create the original theme for the game. Shifrin has over 184 film credits under his belt, including writing the Mission Impossible theme song. Pandora Tomorrow will be released in late March for the Xbox, PC and GBA platforms. PlayStation 2 and GameCube versions were recently pushed to a later, and unspecified, release date.
