Rise to Honor Marketing Details
A national television campaign for the game premiered during the Super Bowl, and features scenes from game played in reverse. The spots, which feature Li, will run through April 2004 on a host of network, cable and syndicated programming. Print ads touting the title began in January, and will continue to run through April in a wide range of consumer, menís lifestyle, gaming and music publications, as well as in select alternative newspapers.
Retail-wise, a selection of ďmajorĒ retailers provided those who pre-ordered the game with a Rise to Honor demo disc. Point-of purchase displays and in-store advertising have been utilized as well. The game will also be the focus of a launch event on February 17 at the Metreon store in San Francisco, California.
