HD Loader Announced

The folks over at HD Loader have revealed their first product, the self-titled HD Loader. Billed as "the ultimate game storage and management solution for the PlayStation 2," the utility allows users to copy entire games to the PlayStation 2's hard drive with no modification required.

Games stored on the hard drive do not require the disc to play and have reduced load times. Thus far, there are only two downsides - a small number of titles are incompatible with the utility, and games booted from the hard drive are unable to be played online.

Gamers can also supply their own hard drives, with support for up to 120 GB of storage. For more details, including ordering information, check out the official site.

Good, not sure if I'll buy immediately.
Eh, not bad, but I don't care.
It's just a stupid money grab.
