Battlefront II Hitting Stores November 1st

You may or may not have heard that the Star Wars Episode III DVD will go on sale on Novmeber 1st. Well now you know, and you also know that Star Wars Battlefront II is coming out the same day. The game will be released for the PlayStation 2, PSP, Xbox, and PC.

The sequel adds all-new space combat, playable Jedi characters, and environments straight out of Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith. There will also be a new single-player experience that tells the story of Darth Vader's elite 501st Legion of Stormtroopers.

The DVD and the highly anticipated Battlefront II the same day? It will be a tough day on the wallet of Star Wars fans, that's for sure.
