Ice Age 2 Game Coming

VU Games announced today that a video game is in development based on the upcoming film, Ice Age 2: The Meltdown. You can probably still get in on a pre-order if you hurry.

"We are excited to continue our successful partnership with Fox to create an extension of the Ice Age story in a fully engaging interactive entertainment experience," said Peter Della Penna, Chief Operating Officer, Product Development for VU Games. "Academy Award-winning animation studio Blue Sky, has contributed an impressive visual style and hilarious storyline for our development partners to turn into great family gaming."

Ice Age 2: The Meltdown Video Game will be available in stores this Spring for the PS2, Xbox, GCN, DS, GBA, and PC. The Meltdown Video Game will carry an MSRP of $19.99 for PC, $29.99 for Nintendo DS and Game Boy Advance and $39.99 for console products.
