PS2 News: Steven Spielberg's First EA Game

Steven Spielberg's First EA Game

When Spielberg first revealed that he would be working with Electronic Arts on 3 new games, it was anybody's guess as to what fantastic concepts the imaginative director would come up with. Well, Computer and Video Games has revealed that secret sources have let them in on the concept for the first one (surely to be revealed at E3): an action/spy thriller set during WWII where you play as one of the first US Secret Service agents.

Though yet another World War II game, the concept provides a different take on the era, spinning it like a James Bond yarn in the darkest era of modern human history. The outcome should be quite interesting with the avid gamer/director at the helm, no doubt taking advantage of the medium's cinematic possibilities that EA seems to have a fetish with as of late. It's all good as long as the other two games aren't based on WWII, as well!
