New Hot Shots Title Revealed
Known as "Minna no Tennis" (or Everybody's Tennis) in Japan, this offshoot of the classic Hot Shots Golf series has been kept in the shadows by developer Clap Hanz since 2001! Now revealed to the public for the first time via magazine Famitsu, Sony plans to release the title in Japan around mid-September.Minna no Tennis is played with only two buttons, one for regular shots and one for lobs, but the game will put an emphasis on learning new skills. This may mean that the trademark cute, bobble-headed characters can be upgraded in various ways a la last year's Open Tee for the PSP. No plans for a US release were mentioned.
