Tough Puzzler Coming To PS2

One of the most unique ideas in video games is finally making the jump to consoles, as Mercury Meltdown Remix should be available on the PS2 by November.

In Meltdown, the player controls a little blob of Mercury, guiding it through a series of obstacles and booby traps towards the goal. You have to deal with spikes, shifting pieces of floor, and a variety of traps and hazards, all in the noble effort of saving that bubble of silver liquid. Developed by Ignition Entertainment, the game's notoriously high challenge should baffle gamers everywhere, and it sports over 200 levels, revamped graphics, and a slew of hidden unlockables.

Although there have been previous installments in the series, Remix marks the franchise's console debut.
