Soul Calibur film pushed back

It has recently been reported that the production of the upcoming film Soul Calibur has been pushed back one year due to problems with anticipated feature actor, Jackie Chan. Apparently, Chan is on a very tight schedule for the remainder of this year as he is shooting his latest project. The movie is titled Highbinders and is being shot in Ireland. Soul Calibur is currently hoping for a summer 2003 release in hopes of capturing Chan for the picture. All updates have been made thanks to Sammo Hungís official Web site, and all other changes will be noted as they occur. As of now, Soul Calibur boasts a $50 million preliminary budget, and hopes for a very manageable financial plan in the days to come.
