Interplay no longer publishing games

It was announced today that Interplay would no longer be in charge of publishing their own games. Due to Titusís new stock hold of 51%, Vivendi-Universal will now be publishing Titus/Interplayís games. According to a Titus source, the deal is estimated to save the company upward of $10 million a year.

Whatís even more shocking about this development is that it is rumored that Titus will soon enlist itself on the board of directors, possibly giving a preview of what is in store for Interplay in the future. We will continue to keep you informed on this situation as more news unravels.
