A visually stunning masterpiece from the creator of Rayman, Beyond Good and Evil is the epitome of awe-inspiring design and seamless game play. Scheduled for release in late 2003, this Ubi Soft title is unrelentingly deceitful and full of twisted imagination. To survive this psychological mind game, you must rely on sheer stealth and recognize that your dearest friends could in fact be your worst enemies. Your mission: use any means possible to bring about the freedom and justice of your people.

The protagonist of the story is a young orphan named Jade. Raised by her adoptive uncle, Peyj, Jade acquires at an early age the skills and talents necessary to survive the meager streets of her planet Hyllis. An orphan in her own right, Jade looks after many of the children in her city whose parents have also fallen victim to the hostile attacks of invading aliens. Bold and unrelenting by nature, she is hired by the rebel association called IRIS to capture photos and submit reports of any suspicious activities she witnesses. In her adventures, she learns that the Alpha Sections of the government are delivering her people to the enemy with the use of mind controlling media propaganda.

In Beyond Good and Evil, you assume the role of the defiant Action-Reporter whose only mission is to reveal the schemes of the corrupted government of Hyllis. Armed only with her camera, Dai-Jo staff, Gyro-disc launcher, and keen sense of survival, Jade sets out on an unparalleled adventure into the depths of horrific conspiracy and blatant evil to expose those who have mercilessly slaughtered the people of her planet. As Jade journeys on, she eventually earns the trust of her people and learns that she must sometimes abandon her own principles to find the truth.

Beyond Good and Evil is a tour de force of dazzling effects and breathtaking visuals. This title is poised to fascinate your every sense and capture the essence of creative imagination. Beyond Good and Evil will be available later this year on Gamecube, PC, Playstation 2, and Xbox.
