    Ralph code - Press and hold Up, then hit Kick, Kick, Kick 
    George code - Press and hold Up, then hit Jump, Jump, Jump 


Iron Stomach - Only available when you return to a US City after taking a World Tour.
    Ralph code - Hold Down, then hit Kick, Kick, Kick 
    Lizzy code - Hold Down, then hit Punch, Punch, Punch
    George code - Hold Down, then hit Jump, Jump, Jump
