This is a list of all the moves/combos/finishers for each character in the game.
I'm making this so that no matter what mode you are in, you have a place to look
at for guidance if you forget how to do any of your moves. It is especially
helpful in the Trials, so you don't have to constantly go into the commant list.

*note* If a move has *** next to it, you may perform an EX move with it, meaning
that if you press two punches instead of one, it'll be more powerful (at the
cost of one block of your SC guage.

Also, if a move has (AB) next to it, it has Armor Break properties.

Next, when you see the greater than sign > that means that it is a target combo,
which means as soon as the first move is finished, press the next button. I
think this is the correct explanation, if I am wrong please email me.

And lastly, if you see a period it means to crouch. For example, if you see the
period before a punch, such as .P you must crouch and punch.

Terms

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                    Throws

   To throw an opponent, you must be right next to them, and then press LK+LP.
Pressing F or B while doing this gives you two different types of throws, which
throw your opponent in the given direction. Certain characters have special
throws that allow you to throw the opponent while you are both in mid-air. To
escape from a throw by pressing LK+LP as your opponent attempts to do the same.


                    Special Moves

   Combinating directional and attack buttons when used correctly will let you
perform a special move unique to the character. These attacks will cause damage
to your opponent even if blocked.


                    Blocking

   As always, you can never win against hard opponents if all you do is attack.
To block high, hold B, and to block low, hold DB.


                    Dashing

   To dash forward press F+F, and back press B+B


                    Recovery

   Right before you hit the ground from an attack, press D or P+K to get up from
the ground more quickly. If you are stunned, just mash every button to recover.


                    Taunts

   Each character has their own set of taunts, also known as "Personal Actions."
To do this, press HK+HP at the same time.

Advanced Moves

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                    Super Combo

   When you deal damage or perform a Special Move, the SC gauge on the bottom of
the screen will fill up. Once all four bars are full, it will flash SUPER and
you can perform a Super Combo.


                    Ultra Combo

   When you have taken enough damage, the Ultra, or Revenge gauge on the bottom
corner of the screen will fill up. This has two stages, which fill up when your
health drops 45% and 90% respectively. Once you have at least half of the gauge
full, you can perform an Ultra Combo, which always contains either KKK or PPP.


                    Focus Attacks

   To do a Focus Attack, press MK+MP. The longer you hold it, the more powerful
it will become. There are three levels of charge:

      Level 1 - Just pressing MK+MP. The attack does the normal amount of damage
                and makes the opponent crumble to the ground ONLY if it is a
                counter.

      Level 2 - Hold MK+MP for a second and release. Makes the opponent crumble
                to the ground, counter or not.

      Level 3 - Hold MK+MP until it automatically releases. The attack is now
                unblockable, the opponent crumbles to the ground, and it also
                has Armor Break properties.


                    Hyper Armor

   During a Focus Attack, you can absorb an enemy's attack (to a certain degree)
before you finally counter them with the actual attack. The amount of damage you
absorb shows up in your health bar as a grey bar that regenerates over a small
amount of time. However, if you are hit again while recovering, the grey bar
will vanish.

                    Armor Break

   When a person is charging for their Focus Attack, certain moves can damage
them and end their Focus immediately.


                    EX Focus

   With certain moves you're able to press MK+MP and cancel the move into a
Focus Attack, however it consumes two segments of the SC gauge. It is useful if
you want to use it if your attacks are blocked and you don't want to get hit
with a counterattack (with the worst being an Ultra Combo).


                    EX Special

   Special moves like the Hadouken for example, can be powered up by pressing
two punches at the same time. For instance, a normal Hadouken can be QCF+LP, but
an EX Hadouken could be QCF+LP+MP. Special moves that can be doubled up are
marked with a *** as stated in the last section. This uses up one bar from the
SC gauge.

   You begin with 16 characters. Beat arcade mode with certain characters to
unlock the other 9. Here's the tree:

Unlocking Akuma:

   Once you unlock Fei, Cammy, Gen, Rose, Sakura and Dan, the next on the list
is Akuma. You must play through arcade mode again with these requirements
(and recommendations):

---Use a character that you've already beaten the game with
---Get at least one perfect
---Don't get more than 2 Ultra Combo Finishes (otherwise you'll fight Gouken)
---Don't use any continues

   Akuma will appear once you beat Seth. Beat Akuma and you'll unlock him.

Unlocking Gouken:

   First, beat the game once with Akuma. This time do the following:

---Use a character that you've already beaten the game with
---Get at least two perfects
---Get at least three Ultra finishes
---Don't use any continues

   Gouken will appear once you beat Seth. Bit Gouken and you'll unlock him.

Unlocking Seth:

   Beat the game with all 24 other characters.

   For unlocking any character, if you want, you may set the rounds to 1 and the
level to easiest if you wish. Just for Akuma and Gouken, just make sure that you
don't die in the process.

   And Lastly, please don't email me about this. These methods I have done
myself and is proven to work. If something in this section needs to be improved
