Batman Sells 2 Million In First Week
It's easily one of the best games of the year, so it's nice to see it doing so well on the sales charts. It deserves attention.
The critically acclaimed Batman: Arkham City sold 2 million copies in its first week of availability, which makes it one of the fastest-selling titles of the year and the generation.
Warner Bros. has shipped 4.6 million copies to stores since the October 18 launch, which means the sequel has a great chance of surpassing its predecessor; Arkham Asylum ended up selling 4.3 million units. We maintain that it's the best superhero game ever (a distinction held by the last title, too) and definitely one you don't want to miss. Thanks to solid marketing and ridiculously high review scores, this is one product that should continue to fly off store shelves.
If you haven't tried it yet, either add it to your holiday wish list or just go snag it.

Mark Hamill blew my mind in this game! Heath Ledger was awesome, but Hamill is my definitive Joker. What a way for him to retire from the character, too... with the BEST SUPERHERO GAME EVER!!!

i just wish the rooms were allot larger, its so hard to separate your enemies and pick them off one by one because the rooms are so small theres always 100 enemies watching each other!
spent 4 f*cking hours today trying to finish one of the rooms just after cat womans 3rd mission.
my god i have not played a game that pisses me off this much since, well....... EVER!
