SCEA Reveals Move Holiday Software

Don't look now, but there are plenty of interesting PlayStation Move titles hitting store shelves this holiday season.

Today, Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) has announced the North American PlayStation Move software lineup for the holidays.

This includes Carnival Island, Medieval Moves: Deadmund's Quest, EyePet & Friends, and LittleBigPlanet 2: Special Edition. Each of the promising titles includes the "motion-based, HD precision gaming" we've come to expect from Sony's peripheral. It's a precise little unit, isn't it? Said SCEA Vice President of Product Marketing Scott A. Steinberg:

"This holiday season promises to be an exceptional one for PlayStation® gamers, with blockbuster software titles hitting stores' shelves in a variety of genres. Now with the price of PS3 starting at $249, combined with a stellar lineup of PlayStation Move games, PlayStation 3 provides more value than ever before, offering an unmatched entertainment experience for consumers of all ages."

There are over 80 Move-based games released or in development; recent titles include the always entertaining inFamous 2 (and the downloadable inFamous: Festival of Blood), along with some established mainstays like Sports Champions, which remains fun to this day. Also, don't forget about those attractive PlayStation Move bundle packages.
