Hyperdimension Neptunia Mk2 Set For February 2012
Role-playing fans have enjoyed a solid 2011 and next year might be even better, especially for JRPG followers.
Not only can we expect Final Fantasy XIII-2 and Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch early in 2012, but NIS America has just confirmed that Hyperdimension Neptunia Mk2 will be available in February in North America.
The original title wasn't bad; it was just flawed from a mechanical and balance standpoint. We're hoping the developers have addressed these issues in the sequel, which certainly boasts some impressive flair. Check it out:
As is typically the case in any generation, JRPGs take some time to get rolling. But White Knight Chronicles II made plenty of fans happy a few months ago, and more games in the niche genre are on the way. FFXIII-2 is a sore spot for some veteran fans but we won't mention that here.
...oh, oops.

Anyway, I'll definitely be picking this game up.
And let's not forget about Atelier Meruru. That's also been greenlit for localization next year.
JRPGs fans definitely seem to be getting a lot of love as of late, don't they?
