Mediterranean Traveler Map Pack DLC For Revelations

It's obvious that I'm a big Assassin's Creed fan, so a kind reader sent me a certain GameStop link today.

As you can see, it's a listing for the Mediterranean Traveler Map Pack for Assassin's Creed Revelations. It's set to be available on January 24 and holds a price tag of $9.99. The interesting part is that Ubisoft hasn't confirmed this DLC yet.

But we've heard the expansion will include new muliplayer maps with environments including Firenze, the Imperial District of Constantinople, Jerusalem, and Siena. We know the Ancestors Character Pack will be available on December 13 for $3.99; that DLC will give us four new playable characters for our multiplayer fun. But it's always important to have new landscapes in which to hunt and hide, right?

We'll let you know when Ubisoft has made the Mediterranean Traveler Map Pack official.

That's awesome! I hope Ubisoft doesn't pull an Activision and charge us absurd amounts of money for map packs that just keep coming... but they wouldn't :)

(I also hope Ubisoft eventually creates a port of Splinter Cell: Conviction for the PS3) ;)

Absolutely love AC:R.

I haven't enjoyed a game this much for such a long time. I was forgetting that I was a gamer.
