Exploring Freaky Monsters In Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock
It's always cool to get some behind-the-scenes info when it comes to game design and development.
Check out the PlayStation Blog to learn about how the designers at Supermassive attack the daunting task of creating monsters for their new game, Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock, which is slated to arrive for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita.
Evidently, the team "spent a huge amount of time" doing the research, and that involved looking at all previous TV shows, games, and books. The rest is as follows:
"The team then proposed two new versions of existing monsters which would become the finales for our monsters. This was a pretty nervous time; we wanted monsters that felt as scary as they do in the show and matched the scale of the locations and environments we were creating for the game. Creating a new version of a classic Doctor Who monster is a big ask – they have to be carefully detailed and you must establish exactly where they sit within the canon of the show. Thankfully, the Doctor Who team loved what we were suggesting and both of our new monster versions were approved and are in the game."
Okay "Doctor Who" fans, are you ready?

looks interesting, but I'll have to see some more trailers or gameplay footage first though.
Anyway, I know exactly zilch about Dr. Who other than it being a British TV series(I think).
And as for any past DW games, I know even less & have zero in any of my collections either.
So I've got 2 questions....
1. Is(or was) the show any good?
2.Exactly how many games were made so far and for which gaming system(s)????

I will buy multiple copies of this just to support the idea let alone if the game actually ends up good.

Your comments are rubbish! I have no problem with you not liking the show but you are making statements that are blatently biased. As am I being a Whovian so don't assume I don't know that but at least I am not just bashing people. And sorry but "bow ties are cool".
