Want Mass Effect 3 Early? Look To The Heavens And Pray
Publishers are always finding new ways to promote their products. ...but this is a little beyond ridiculous.
EA has quite the plan in place for providing lucky star-gazers a chance at getting Mass Effect 3 early. If you happen to live in the general area of New York, San Francisco, Las Vegas, London, Paris or Berlin, we suggest you look to the heavens.
No, you're not praying that a copy of ME3 will magically fall into your hands...okay, wait, maybe you are. According to USA Today, EA has attached a handful of ME3 copies to weather balloons hovering over the aforementioned cities. Each game is tagged with a GPS tracker so fans can monitor its position in the sky from MassEffect.com. The balloons have to come down eventually and when they do, if you're in the right spot, the game is yours.
But this begs the obvious question: isn't it quite possible that a lot of people will know exactly where that balloon is landing, and that a lot of people will be standing there, waiting to retrieve their copy? So who gets it? First person there? ...not sure I want to be in that crowd.

We are all right that Mass Effect is good and you are most assuredly wrong.
p.s. You meant to say "AT LEAST a quarter of a brain"; as is, what you said means only really stupid people would think Mass Effect is s***. I guess you made our point for us.
p.p.s. It's also kind of telling that (so far, at least) no one has given you a thumbs-up, though other regulars have previously expressed a dislike for ME.

i mean chances are 90% of them will either end up in the sea, land where no one will ever find them, or end up on someone doorstep who has never seen a game before and puts it on ebay for a ridiculous price!
would of been better auctioning the games off and giving proceeds to charity.
that way people who want the game get it, not people who dont and none get wasted, and the money goes to a good cause.
