Retailers Nail Down Darksiders II Date
In an effort to make the game as good as humanly possible, THQ and Vigil Games have decided to put more time into Darksiders II.
It's probably a good idea, especially considering the rumored troubles surrounding the publisher. So instead of the initially announced June 29 launch date, THQ was forced to push the anticipated sequel further into summer. At the time, all we got was the relatively vague "August 2012" but now it seems the retailers have nailed down an exact date.
As noted by Trendy Gamers, GameStop and Amazon are listing the game with an August 14 date. That would seem about right, although it does conflict with Square Enix's Sleeping Dogs (the game formerly named "True Crime: Hong Kong"). Not sure which title wins that battle but hopefully, both will be well worth playing.
We'll let you know if THQ decides to make this official.

Its going to test your ability to observe your surroundings and find out where to go, instead of the game showing you exactly what to do. Hopefully this trend continues with other games.
