Register Now For DUST 514 Beta
If you're ready to test one of the most immersive and ambitious online experiences to date, pay attention.
CCP Games has announced that players can now register for beta access to their upcoming free-to-play strategic MMOFPS, DUST 514. The game is slated to launch later this year but if you want an early shot at it, visit the beta registration page and just enter your email address.
If you get in, you'll be notified with an email invitation and instructions for gaining access to the test. Thousands have already participated in the closed beta and CCP is now planning to let in a limited number of players to expand the testing process, and "select" EVE Online players will also be admitted this week. The press release says the beta "will continue to expand throughout the summer" so if you don't get in immediately, don't lose hope.
As a reminder of what DUST 514 offers:
"DUST 514 brings intense infantry combat, large scale warfare and rich character advancement to the PlayStation 3 in a system-exclusive free-to-play persistent shooter set in, and integrated with, the massive universe of EVE Online. Wage war in the next generation of first person shooters, where your next victory could prove the crushing blow to a galactic empire of thousands of online gamers."
