Sony Reveals PSN Ultimate Editions
Update: By the way, these deals disappear after June 6 so get your fill now.
Original Story:
Now's your chance to catch up on some of the best games of the generation. And you can do so without ever having to leave the recliner.
As revealed at the PlayStation Blog, the Ultimate Editions are available as of today on the PlayStation Network. Essentially, an "Ultimate Edition" is a game that comes bundled with all its downloadable content for one special price. PlayStation Plus members get an even bigger discount, as they typically do.
There's Red Dead Redemption, which features the Legends and Killers, Liars and Cheats, and Undead Nightmare packs, along with 9 new multiplayer maps, over 25 new multiplayer characters, and new weapons and Trophies. You can grab it all for only $27.99 or less than twenty bucks ($19.59) if you're a Plus member. Other featured titles include inFamous 2, Bioshock 2, L.A. Noire, and Just Cause 2; click through the link above to view all the Ultimate Editions. Obviously, you can expect more to come down the pike in the future.
We all get a little backed up now and again. Having this option is great because not only do we get a sizable discount (as compared to the initial $60 admission fee), we also get all the extra content ever released for the game. ...just gotta wait for the download to finish.
