Dual Shock Controller Getting All Blinged Out In October

There are quite a few available colors for the Dual Shock 3 controller right now, but the coolest - or perhaps the gaudiest - will become available exclusively at GameStop.
Yep, it's the Metallic Gold controller and it's coming to stores in October (the 9th, to be exact). Me, I really want a dark forest green one, but I'm happy with silver and blue right now. As for our European friends, the gold PS3 controller will also come your way, and you're getting it this month, too...lucky bastards. It'll be released as a "limited edition." We really need to get some new hardware colors, though. What's the point of having all these great shades for accessories if we can't match it up with our systems, damnit?

Anyways, I'm good with my ff13 lightning edition dualshock 3 controller for games that don't have too much button smashing. Then I have the regular black one just for that. Which will most likely get replaced once it has run its' course.

What part about gold matches gaming/tv setup anyway.

they will release every colour under the rainbow for their controllers, but when it comes to systems there restricted.
why?
imagine how much money they would of made if they had that gun metal grey MGS4 bundle worldwide?
or a special bundle for GOW3, GT5, R&C ACIT, infamous, resistance, theres been so many awesome franchises they could of done wacky consoles for!
i would of killed for a LE ps3 with airbrush of kratos ripping helios head clean off!

Or at least frigging skin them with the game's logo & some sort of nice game silhouette.
I could imagine a colorful Bundle with Juliet swinging her chainsaw across the PS3 &leaving behind green zombie blood dripping out of the faked gouge marks
