Yes, They're Making A Video Game For The Expendables 2

Well...there should be a lot of action, right?

"The Expendables 2" will hit theaters on August 17, and people everywhere will flock to see a bunch of aging action stars tear sh** up. That didn't sound too complimentary but it's accurate, yes?

Anyway, Ubisoft has announced that a hard-hitting game based on the film will release as a downloadable title for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. It's actually a prequel to the movie, as a group of mercenaries with Barney Ross (Sylvester Stallone) as their leader attempt to free a kidnapped billionaire. This game will focus on four-player co-op action online and offline, as Ross will be joined by Yin Yang (Jet Li), Hale Caesar (Terry Crews), and Gunner Jensen (Dolph Lundgren). We're not sure yet if other members of the movie cast will make an appearance.

But we're willing to bet the fans would want to see the heavy hitters; you know, Bruce Willis, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Chuck Norris, etc. Get enough recognizable names in there and maybe more gamers will try it out. Get 'em all pumped up for the movie, at any rate. Didja watch the first one?
