DMC Gameplay: Dante The Demon-Slayer And Platform-Mover
The Devil May Cry reboot in development at Ninja Theory is lookin' good. Action buffs everywhere should be paying close attention.
The latest gameplay video shows off more in the way of platforming, but also doesn't skimp on the combat. Dante yanks necessary platforms into place with what appears to be a nifty grappling hook (which can also be used in other ways), and he rips into anything in his path, be it small or really, really big.
The pulse-pounding music pushes him along and while I'm hoping that soundtrack isn't quite so insistent all the time, it certainly fits the style and atmosphere. Don't forget that DMC lands in mid-January, so there's definitely a reason to be happy after the holidays have once again disappeared. 2013 sprints out of the gate!

the art style is not right either, i mean since when is DMC so colorful and almost cartoony graphics?
giving this game to NT is like giving a rolls royce to suzuki!
one is known for absolute luxury and highest quality, the EXACT opposite from what suziki is known for!
NT is known for poor combat, the exact opposite of what DMC is known for!
as much as i love enslaved and heavenly sword, there combat systems are about the most basic simplistic ones as you can get!
the complete opposite of what DMC is about!
christ, first i had to sit back and see ninja gaiden be destroyed and now this too!
whats next, MGS!?
not allowed to have any more core games anymore, everything has to be so simplistic a brain dead 2 day old bird could plat it!

DMC
