Rumor: Skyrim DLC "Heartfire" May Introduce Necromancy
Zombies have a right to go anywhere in this industry. They've earned it.
While PlayStation 3 owners are still waiting to see when they might get the latest Skyrim DLC - Dawnguard - there has been talk of yet another piece of downloadable content.
As reported at Gameranx, the new extra content might be called "Heartfire" (as evidenced by a new trademark application filed by Zenimax), and the rest is interesting: The site believes Heartfire "relates to a Necromancy-related ceremony called 'Tales and Tallows,' a practice long since made illegal under Imperial law." Necromancy could be cool and it certainly implies that the undead will be part of the expansion.
Of course, we're only talking about speculation. We're hoping Bethesda will announce the new DLC some time soon, but PS3 owners shouldn't get too excited. DLC for the PS3 version of Skyrim is gonna come late; you'll just have to accept that.

What's with the gothic theme? First DLC was Vampires, second DLC is necromancy.... these things are the same tone/style and are already in the game!!!!
They need to be doing some DLC that differs from things and themes in the current game, adding a new experience. Either that or they should just give us DLC that will show the final war between the empire and the Thalmor. Come on.... i mean..... that is a can of worms EVERYONE wants to open.
WHEN WILL YOU GIVE US DRAGON MOUNTS!!!!

Regardless Bethesda needs to do something different. They make great games and are very talented don't get me wrong, but there business practice is terrible. That goes the same for a few other developers too.

And zombies? Really? You could already summon the undead, and there were plenty of Draugr. I'd like to know how they're going to try to make it exciting.
