PlayStation Collections Available Now: Never Stop Playing

We're talkin' about some of the best games in the PlayStation universe and indeed, some of the best games ever.

The previously announced PlayStation Collection titles are available now (and will come to the PlayStation Store on September 25), and they represent the perfect gift for the holidays, or a fantastic addition to any collector's library.

There's the God of War Saga, which features a truly massive array of bad-assery, including the first two titles remastered in stunning high-definition, GoWIII, and even the God of War: Origins Collection, which includes Chains of Olympus and Ghost of Sparta, former PSP titles. It also boasts "exclusive bonus content," Trophies, and 1 free month of PlayStation Plus.

If you're more about free-roaming, lightning infused fun, you've got to go for the inFamous Collection, which includes both titles in the series along with a digital offering of the expansion, Festival of Blood. There are even a few extra missions and additional character costumes, power-ups and weapon styles. Last but not least is the Ratchet & Clank Collection, coming in at $29.99 ($10 cheaper than the other two Collections) and boasting no less than 5 classic titles alongside a free 10th anniversary R&C avatar and early access to the Sly Cooper thieves in Time demo!

I've got all 3 inFamous games so I'm good there but I have to admit the God of War collection looks very attractive. I already have III and the remastered I and II collection, and I have Chains on my PSP though so it would be sort of like shelling out for a bunch of games I have plus one I don't.

just to keep in mind from what i remember reading, chains and ghost are digital downloads and are not on the disk. that kind of kills it for me as i wanted them all to be on disk.

I can understand why Festival of Blood might be a DL since it has never been on a disc, but GOW Origins already has a disc release. Maybe I should just find that el cheapo.

Wtf. That sucks. I'm sure a lot of people will be frustrated by that. I hate downloading games, especially full games.

Oh well I'm in the same boat you are world. I just need the origins collection and I'll have all the GoW games. So... A little pointless.

The inFamous and GoW sounds very tempting, only having the 3rd Gow (never played) and the 1st inFamous in digital 'cause of Plus so I may get them someday...

It's a shame they didn't make an Uncharted one with all 3 games plus the Golden Abyss on digital...

If you still have Plus the inFamous 2 is free now, for a limited time.

i so want that ratchet and clank collection. question though, it says "no less than 5 classic titles", shouldnt that say 3?

only way i would buy the god of war collection is if they put the 2 games on the bd instead of digital. or if the digital would work on my vita then maybe also.

I think the Ratchet and Clank collection includes the PS2 games?

Bummer, if it's defined as a "Collection, then just by definition alone, IMO everything should've been put onto the Bluray discs.

There are four. They have a Journey, Flow, and Flower pack too that includes 3 months of PS Plus.
