Metal Gear Solid Limited Edition Bundle Pack On Sale Now
Oh boy. 25th anniversary celebrations everywhere!
Hardcore veteran fans can go sixteen rounds on which is the superior franchise, Final Fantasy or Metal Gear Solid, and both have enjoyed a quarter-century of video game success.
But why argue? Why not just have the best of both worlds? While what Konami is offering can't really compete with the freshly unveiled Final Fantasy Ultimate Box Collection, the MGS producers do have something fun up their sleeves for collectors: The limited edition Metal Gear Solid Bundle Pack, which can be purchased right now at the Konami Style store. It's temporarily 20% off, so take advantage!
This package features:
- METAL GEAR SOLID HD Collection for PlayStation 3 or Microsoft Xbox 360
- METAL GEAR SOLID: PEACE WALKER Play Arts Kai (Snake – Sneaking Suit Version figure)
- METAL GEAR SOLID Tote Bag
- METAL GEAR SOLID: PEACE WALKER iPhone 4(S) case
- Limited edition headphones
Celebrate greatness with a wad of cash and a priceless store of memories. By the way, the answer to the question that would have gamers going sixteen rounds...? Final Fantasy, obviously. ;) But that isn't to say I won't defend MGS to the bitter end against all naysayers.

Edit: ugh! I want Peace Walker on my Vita. They seriously need to drop the price of the digital version on PSN. Makes zero sense to me as to why it's still $29.99 when the physical copy is $19.99.

All this Metal Gear talk lately really does have me wanting to try it again. I still remember being impressed with Metal Gear on NES, we didn't quite know what stealth was back then so it seemed like a kind of RPG-Action mix. Though maybe I should begin with Solid, I haven't played it since the PS1 days :)
